Sandy holds a Brokers license in North Carolina, and has been recognized in the top 2% of agents nationwide. When you ask her to represent you in meeting your real estate goals you can depend on her knowledge, expertise and quality service. 

Sandy was the first agent in Wilmington to obtain the e-PRO500 Internet Professional Certification in 2000. She hass obtained the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residentical Specialist (CRS) and Granduate Realtor Institute (GRI)  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from SUNY Empire State College.

Sandy and Dick also participate in local charity events including the Wilmington Turkey Trot. They were the founders of this great event in 2004 and passed the baton to Habitat for Humanity in 2008. They are still very active in the event and in helping to raise money for Habitat for Humanity. 

Sandy joined her husband of over 38 years in real estate after working many years in the medical field.  She had always felt that she and Dick could work well together as a team.  She watched him for years and felt she would fit into his life as a realtor... Dick is one of those rare individuals who can combine excellence with professionalism.  He has a natural ability to lead, and he never knew what hit him when he had led Sandy down the path to a real estate career!

We realized our real love was helping people…so why not manage ourselves and enjoy a better living too? Working together as best friends and husband and wife has been rewarding and allows us to join forces and strengthen each other's skills while at the same time enrich our lives. Our career in real estate is fun and allows us to mentor one another on both a professional and personal level, and it allows us to spend more time together. We are constantly meeting new and interesting people and growing as individuals and partners. Every day is a challenge and is exciting as we travel our career paths together.
