Hi! My name is Rose Glinski, and I'm a Realtor® specializing in Hampstead, Wilmington, and Jacksonville NC real estate, new construction communities, and working with first time home buyers.

I work with a great Real Estate team! Our team is constantly growing and adopting the newest sales strategies and marketing technology, including extensive internet marketing and networking. With a team full of energetic and dedicated agents, working together in Real Estate has been a fun experience. I am also an extreme animal lover and foster dogs in my home that are in danger of being euthanized at shelters in the area. I donate a percentage of my real estate profits to a local animal shelter in my client’s name after each completed business transaction. About Me

After a brief vacation to Wrightsville beach in the summer of 2003, I fell in love with the city of Wilmington NC, the culture, people and especially the climate. A few short months later, I moved from cold Pittsburgh, PA to Wilmington, NC and know that I will be here forever. I am a graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelor in Marketing, and have been in various sales positions since then. When I purchased my first home in 2005, I experienced the excitement and detailed orientated process of a real estate transaction and knew that it was eventually going to be my career. I focus 110% of my time on Hampstead, Wilmington, and Jacksonville NC real estate.
